Has anyone used undeveloped.com to sell domains? They claim to be able to increase a domainers sales by 54%.

Android is OS and it is registered as Android. Same goes for Chrome OS.

Under the hood they both are Linux based.

Bots are not OS based... they are based on Programming Language... and can be run under any OS...

...and they are mostly hosted and running on Linux. It's just one filter among generic screen resolution which often interfere with Linux OS in Analytics

Generic resolutions are not rare for Linux desktops as well... nothing abnormal here.
Because this OS perfectly runs even on 10+ years PCs... where 512M-1G RAM.

I would like to show my bio on my for sale pages, but prefer not to have a public profile. If I remove my public profile, my bio also disappears even though I select the option "Show bio" under "Meet the seller".

Would it be possible to show your bio, but not have a public profile/portfolio?

I have 1500 domains listed at Undeveloped since November 2017, and haven't had a single inquiry, so don't feel bad, lol. They have close to zero traffic as far as people going to the site to search for domains for sale. During this same period I have sold MANY domains, elsewhere, such as at Afternic, Sedo, DomainAgents, and via my own landing pages.

When the tide turns and they start getting traffic, I will be the first to stand up and praise.

At ParkingCrew no any problems to sell the domains...
They offer the Sales/Contact forms and fully support Sedo/Afternic listings...
