yes, it is actually to attract startup and niche website / saas builders,

that reg. domains for projects they may not realize,
due to various reasons (lack of time, skill etc.).

Others that might be interested in the domains can bid for them.


What I think is a very interesting feature, is that you can see how many users bookmarked a specific domain.
