Transferring to another GoDaddy account

I have put into motion the transfer of a domain to a buyer with a GD account.
I have done this before but there appears to be a problem with this transfer.
I have the buyer's email address which should be enough for the buyer to receive an email from GD and accept the transfer.
Is there any other specific advice I could give?

What kind of problem is there? Once you initiate the transfer/push to their account then they should receive an email from Go Daddy with a couple of codes to put into their account to complete the process.

Actually, GD asks for additional information in order to transfer the domain. Nothing really complicated, as the recipient can modify anything needed once the transfer is complete.
