Canada is getting better? I literally do not watch your economy I just know housing prices are crazy bad and people complain about it but I just looked and it is still true that more Canadians are moving to the US:

...look at who started this thread, an American, just to bash Canada. There's no value added. No surprise. We can expect more in the coming months with CUSMA on the table.

On the positive side, political discussion can help provide domainers some insight to current developments and trends that will shape the future. That's where my head is at... .CA baby!

That's due to a growing number of retirees who own homes and are selling them at high market prices, relocating to cheaper living elsewhere. They'll be back once the sh*t hits the fan, like those who leave for the US once they realize their cost of medicare is unaffordable.

People in the US get free medical care all the time. I am not sure about foreigners but just saying that people will move back is just your opinion. What percentage of Canadians that move to the US move back to Canada? And you have basically said you are subsistence living and not adding to Canada in any way?

Who gets free healthcare in the US? The US government does not provide health benefits to citizens or visitors. Any time you get medical care, someone has to pay for it.

I don't know the statistics of expats who recently relocated back to Canada, but that's not my concern. If people want to travel or live elsewhere, they can. I've been to every conterminous US state, travelled the world three times over, lived and worked in other countries. Have you ever once visited Canada?

Nobody in need is turned away from a hospital in the US. Now they may not do the extras but they will try to keep you alive and as healthy as possible.
