advice Transferring from Pheenix to GoDaddy

I am trying to transfer a name from Pheenix to GoDaddy but GD seems not to be able to find the registrant email.

I have read here somewhere that others have experienced some issues during this kind of transfer; can someone tell me how to proceed?
So far GD hasn't sent me the codes ( while Pheenix did ) so I can't proceed any further.

It happened with me once while transferring a domain from name.com to Godaddy. What worked for me was clicking on update email link next to the domain under transfers section in domain manager at GD. When I clicked on it, I got an email from GD with codes.

When it comes to Pheenix, it typically takes GD a couple of days to issue the codes. I think it's because they have to process the Pheenix transfer requests manually.

Yep, just wait. GD will correctly send the emails out after after 1-2 days.

From there transfer can be completed in minutes.

Yes. You have to pay the receiving registrar for an additional year of registration.

Does Phoenix have the 60 days not transfer period?
