Transfer out domain from idotz

Hi,
I wanted to know what do i do if i want to transfer my domain out from idotz into godaddy?

Do i first click the transfer out button in idotz and then do a transfer at godaddy by paying their fee?

nope, login to your godaddy account and click transfer, just make sure to unlock your domain at idiotz and or know the transfer code if it is an .org or .info

np and also login to your email account to authorize and follow directions to complete the transfer.. and all you have to do is wait
