Just found this in their FAQ's for you:

I just sold my domain to another organization, how do I go about transferring the domain?

First, Congratulations! There are two ways you can do this. Online via the Web at: Transfer a Domain or via Mail/Fax download the form Here: Transfer a Domain Form.

Well, if you're talkin just a push, login to your account with them. Scroll down to the bottom and look for "Domain Push". It's the 5th link down under the "iDotz.Net - Domain Manager Services." You'll need their account name as well as their first and last name for the push.
