Trademarked word in my domain

Is there anything I can do if I have a trademarked word in a domain name I registered? Will anyone buy it? It has the word "ipod" in it.

Might depend if TM owner fights against domainers, some TM owners doesn't care much.

It depends on what the domain is used for...
In general, most big companies don't care much about small websites using their trademarks :imho:

Having "iPod" in it limits potential to sell it, unless it gets traffic.

That domain could go through three new owners after having been sold and five years down the line all four owners could be sued.

C'mon guys..... stop buying TM's before G or Y closes your accounts one day, or they stop providing domain parking b/c of this.

The writing is on the wall if you read what is happening these days with TM buyers.
