Wii isn't trademarked?

I find it strange that if you do a trademark search for Wii that it isn't trademarked. Anyone else notice this?

I am guessing their application for the TM is currently in the queue. It is somewhat surprising they didn't time their TM application approval with the time they annouced Wii.

Just like they do for every console, but they haven't for the Revolution name, therefore that's a pretty good hint that it'll stay Wii.
