domain Total Newbie - "envirohotels.com"

Hi there,

I'm very new to the domain business. I have about 30 in my portfolio. Some I see as "not bad".

Can anyone give me an appraisal on "envirohotels.com" ?
I figured with the environment being such a big issue these days, people may start to look for hotels that are more "environmentally friendly" Maybe I'm nuts, or maybe I'm onto something.

I see some potential, but I think you're going to have to age a few years before that domain fetches anything more than xx.
