I purchased a domain from someone, and paid through paypal. The person (seller) then dropped off the earth, as discussed here: http://www.namepros.com/showthread.php?t=149408&page=1&pp=25
I have since initiated a dispute with paypal, and it caused him to unlock the domain. He now has to prove that he has transfered the domain to me, in order for paypal to "drop the charges". NOW, what if he creates a dummy account with his current registrar, and 'pushes' the domain to that account, and then changes the whois info to reflect my information. If he then claims that he has indeed transfered the domain to me, could he actually get away with this? Is this something I should be concerned with? Think he could get away it through paypal?
