Wow, now that's a superpremium! I think it's one of those few keywords, like insurance, for which the sky is the limit!

I agree with you. An auction on Sedo is too unpredictable to let a domain like that go to auction for X.XXX...

The owner has already been stung a few times by various parties associated with our honest and above board industry- maybe he feels that now is a good time to move this one before he gets stung again?

And a fair opening bid imho, I am sure he will promote it very well.

As for Sedo being unpredictable, I have a very good idn.es that looks like it will go for peanuts today.

I agree. .IN sales are definitely increasing.

MensWatches.in is at $100

and Hosting.in is at $6,600! This auction is really interesting!

Has anyone tried to rank their high search/ high competiton third level .in domains in Google.co.in?

I have successfully ranked some good keyword .in's #1 in google.co.in with little effort and some even ended up on the first page of google.com - but I have never tried with a third level.

If anyone has any experience - is it generally just as easy, or more difficult to rank these names?
