Went to wally world this morning.
Got stuff and food.
no bacon jerky, instead a new one that is with some hot sauce.
They got bags, big bags of 5 to 6 pounds, of candy for halloween at 20 bucks. Did not buy.
Did buy a new coffee maker to have it on backup duties.
Last night, wife told me she was thinking that maybe we should have a backup. I told her I had been thinking the same!
Thus why as when both of us think the same, best do it.

Then to grocery store.

Weird, leaving our town, the convenience store is at $3.45 for gas, but in the big city south of us, $3.59.

Now staying home and doing nothing.

Fort Knox...who knows? Really, the feds have NEVER said there is gold gone. And all they have ever said is there is gold, but never how much, etc etc etc.

But still, as someone pointed out, now is a good time for the feds to sell all that gold, since it is now at the highest price ever.
Though the estimated value of the gold is at $270 Billion.
Not that much when you think about our total debt or GDP.
