I made a little research last months and I found out that
the cheap / low balls deals are very slow.

I mean brokers and resellers not selling anymore for low prices and most of the lowballs offers not making sales. :imho:

I know this thread will make you jump of your chairs or laptops... so lets hear what are you thinking and feeling about it.

What type of research did you do? I have a hard time making sense of your post but I think you mean resellers aren't accepting lowball offers? That's not too new to me...

sounds like domainers aren't balking at the first thing that offered to them anymore!

I think it may have something to do with the fact that alot of previous sales in 2004/5/6 are now getting listed on a regular basis in DnJournal -

people are now more aware of what is selling and for how much. :)

Many domainers are simply preferring holding on to their names rather then selling them for cheap as domain prices are on the up and up.
