I too believe it will be a huge boom! But by the time it happens, it might not be only .coms that sell for big money, by then new gtlds will be primed and ready for utilization in the rejuvenated domain industry.

I think VR is great as I think 3D tvs rocks. I don't even know 10 people that owns a 3Dtv. Will people adopt VR? I think a tiny portion of the world will.

People don't like wearing 3D glasses to watch tv, will they want to wear an helmet to play games or shop online?

I agree this tech will never be mainstream until the phone can
have a function to connect into
the virtual/hologram network.
