Sudden surge in traffic - What do I do?

I have a domain that I bought for a little business idea, but ended up not needing it. So, I was going to sit on it until it expires. However, suddenly over the last few days, there's been a surge in traffic. It's not huge, but it's gone from getting just a few hits per month to about 150 per day (or 4500 per month). It's currently parked at NameDrive, which is how I know how much traffic it's getting.

1) How can I find out where this traffic is coming from?

2) Any suggestions on how to best monitize it?

Why not host this domain with some related adsense and track the traffic with Awstats / cPanel?

Develop a very quike and dirty site, and see if you can pick up adsense revenue.

Don't wait, because whatever the surge is, it won't likely last long if you leave it parked.

When you have the name stats displayed click the "settings" button on the upper left. It will give you stats as to where the traffic is coming from and any search terms. This should help you figure out what they are looking for......
