Hello All.

Due to our extremely busy increase in sales we are looking to hire 3-4 additional Technical Support staff. Thanks to namepros we have received a large amount of signups lately and we want to give back to the namepros community by hiring people from namepros.

These inviduals must have great communication and problem solving skills. They must be dependable, as these are Remote positions.

Failure to comply with any of the requested information will mean failure to hire. No exceptions. No Phone Calls/Emails please!

Job Description
- Provide direct support to shared, reseller, and dedicated hosting customers along with basic sales related inquiries through our Helpdesk (support) and Email software (sales).

Skills
- Able to offer QUALITY support.
Keyword is quality. We will only give our customers quality service, nothing less.

Do we expect you to know cPanel, linux, cpop right off? No as we will provide free paid training for you! All staff will go through training and undergo a test before they are put into the support queue. If you fail the test/training we will do what it takes to get you up to par. You will be required to pass the exam after the 3rd attempt at it. If you do not then we will have to part ways however you will still be paid.

- Remote position, meaning work from home.
- Flexible Schedule
- Friendly Relaxed work enviroment.
- Top performers will receive incentives.
- Pay rates start at $13 an hour for tech support.

I don't mean to disobey your request by any means but what if a capable candidate doesn't have a fax machine?

Thank you for your interest in this position...We understand some people do not have fax machines and others may consider it out of date however what we are looking for is people whom are looking to find a way to get the job done and think outside the box. Usually when we get people thinking outside the box to send in a simple resume, they'll have no problem doing this in a tech support position.

Then the support is more 24/7 having staff for uk support also as i am from uk and am interested

This is a full time position (32 hours a week min.) open to applicants whom can speak english and are able to offer quality.
