Hello,
We have been receiving lots of request from people looking for web sites. Therefore we are now looking to hire a creative director whom would be responsible for creating the initial pages of the website leaving the backend coding to someone else on our team.
What we are looking for:
Someone creative. Someone whom can design a unique website from scratch without the assistance of using templates. We don't build template sites.
Someone familiar with PHP & CSS. Most of the sites will be a combination of HTML/PHP/CSS therefore this is key.
Someone good with graphics (Adobe Photoshop or eqv.)
No phone calls please!

Failure to provide these three basic things will mean failure for us to consider you. Candidates MUST have MSN. Anyone stating they will sign up for MSN upon employment will not be hired. Basically, if your not interested in telling us exactly what we are looking for then we are not interested in hiring you. We are not looking to babysit someone.
