Spam popups? Sedo Parking

Hi

Yesterday I registered two domains and parked them on Sedo

When I type in the domain it sometimes goes to the parked page and other times it goes to spammy popups/random websites without landing on the parking page..

This definitely isn't normal right?

Please help!

just to add this includes typing the domain in the address, clicking enter and being redirected to mackeeper!, have I been hacked?

check your lander / add type and make sure it is set to a sales type if you're looking to sell. Otherwise certain types can zero-click bounce you to another site.

That is called zero-click. SEDO tries to find alternate ways of monetizing your traffic in the hopes of increasing the revenue
BUT
if you're looking to sell the domains, zero-click can be totally destructive since there's usually no 'buy now' links and also in some cases you can get a google ban due to all those spammy sites that your domain links to.

You can always opt-out. Just contact SEDO and tell them you don't want zero-click redirection for your domains.
