Some Questions, Re: Sedo Parking

Hello. n00b here. :gl:

I recently bought two domains and parked it at Sedo, and I can't seem to figure out the ff:

1. How do I change the page's template?
2. I do believe that the keywords I used to optimize traffic is already good, if not the best. However, the visits/clicks generated is really low. How long does it take before it gets up to speed?
3. In a related question, would you recommend that I utilize their automatic keyword generation tool?
4. Are appraisals really worth it?

On the very first page after you have logged in - look on the left hand side of the page half-way down and click on 'optimizer' - you can change the template there. Keywords, I don't know, it seems to me that nothing I do works very well, - that may be because my domain names are rubbish or it may be that Sedo is rubbish? But other parking cos. seem to be about the same.

ermm i don't think sedo allows you to change the template.

Other parking companies like namedrive allows you to do so.
