Sold.Digital - Domain Hijacked Need Advice

I have the domain Sold.Digital through a HORRIBLE registrar called CrazyDomains. The name is still hosted at CrazyDomains but now under someone else's account. The registrar said they have no recourse because the name was moved using my login infomration and are just referring me to contact ICANN. Any suggestions on how to handle this situation?
