So Sedo does more then only listing domains for sale after all...or not?

I just noticed this ad in another thread from Adsense and it advertised the domain Cashblog.eu for sale at Sedo.
I'm wondering if this is a iniative from Sedo or the seller?

I am pretty shure that its by the seller.
Sedo doesnt really "actively" promote domains, although they say so.
