Featured listing problem at Sedo * resolved

pissed at sedo

I paid 39.00 to list tryapro.com on sedo.com for sale... after waiting 3 days for it to appear on the featured domains list .. I noticed it there this morning and noticed I had a typo in the listing information so I updated the listing info in an option they gave me (update listing) and poof suddently it was removed from the featured listings from pahge and featured listing all together.. I searched the site high and low for a number to call them to explain how pissed I am and couldnt find one anywhere.. If anyone at all here has a number for them please advise?

any issues i've had with sedo have been answered within a day or so, as long as it is on weekdays. the reps i've dealt with seem to be UK based, which explains why replies usually take 10-12 hrs.

oh no.. there appears to still be an issue.. I am not on the front page now (which I expected after 24 hours).. and tryapro.com appears no where in the featured domains list... (which I did not expect)

It appears there was a bug with this particular listing. However it's already back up on showcase.

excuse me to go off top, but since somebody representing Sedo here, mey be can explain once and forever, what is difference betwin unique visitors per month and traffic, and why it is always different numbers? thank you

Hi Gugush,

Let's see here, on the domain's offer page unique visitors per month refers to the number of unique views to that domain's parking page (the domain's traffic) within the last 32 days. For this reason the statistics will flucuate up and down on a daily basis.

Within the domain management tool the numbers may differ depending on the time period you are viewing (current month, last month, last 32 days etc...)
