epik has gone from bad to worse. trying to transfer my names out of there (because for the past 6 months i paid for renewals and it took over a month for them to process) and now i get this message...

of course, there is no chat available on their site (from what i can see).

So i had to call them to get the transfer code, and when i asked for it, they offered to renew my domains for FREE. i said, no thanks...

(they ended up emailing the code)

of course, there is no chat available on their site (from what i can see).

So the chat gets blocked by Ad/Content Blockers, Strict mode on Firefox and Pihole. You might want to check that. I faced the issue of the missing chat and it turned out my ad blocker (which also blocks trackers) was blocking the script for required for the chat functionality.
