What to do with Epik

Can we know about current status of Epik,
Is it still considered as a legitimate registrar
(in addition to being a theft, just like Paypal, or even worse)?

Why am I asking.
Their customer service is dead, chat is dead. Emails are ignored,
or answered with stupidity/incompetence/lying...
They can't register, renew domains. and they refuse to issue refunds.
by pretending that there is nothing to issue refund for.
You can't withdraw masterbucks money.
They are not only a thief, they must also be extremely stupid.
Only explanation I can imagine is that,
their leaders were arrested, the rest can't admit what the hell is hapening there.
Can this be the case?

If so, we should be able to transfer our domains elsewhere for free and without renewal.

They could make 5+ figure profit from my actions alone (registrations. renewals. sales) per year,
but they seem to think committing crimes is more fun than doing profitable and honest business.

Edit: Epik is safe for aftermarket buyers. Only domainers need to be worried.

I think every respected NP member should open his own thread about Epik. A bit like an alcoholic club. ''Hello, my name is John Dick and this is my EPIK..... '' But one person per thread please, we can't mix them all in one.

After extreme pressure they make partial refunds. And you need to wait for a while and make another round of extreme pressure for another partial refund. They never issue refunds in full, although there is no cost to them since masterbucks-instore are not useable anyway.

It's kind of like the universe is balancing it all out, from years of Epik spamming this place up. From owner, to employees, to fan boys. Spamming polls, spamming prayer threads, spamming threads that had nothing to do with them..... If they were banned back then, we probably wouldn't have lost so many members.

I did not hear of any "leaders arrested". Can you share more? (Feel free to share privately.)

Epik seems to be working at the moment, eventually. Maybe we just need to threaten them. They also issued some refunds. And now need to check if anything missing. If they say, which domains are you talking about, then you should probably not mention names, because this would mean they are trying to get away with others you missed. Also if they want to know your account info (pin), this is also not a legitimate request, because they have to issue refunds for all failed registrations/renewals for everyone.

.com registrations worked. But .biz renewals not working. Also refunds are still not complete.
THEY CAN'T STOP SCAMMING.
If others call Epik a domain terrorist, I wouldn't have any objection to it.
