Sick of Namejet now.

I won a domain on February 12, until now there is still no progress of giving me the domain I won.

I contacted namejet, however there is no reply regarding this. I opened a ticket, without any reply, the ticket was closed. I really don't understand why. Are there anybody else experienced this kind of thing?

You really have to be more proactive when going after any problem.

I contacted some times, still no reply. I hope namejet will lose a lot of customers in this way.
