Hi All,
I recently won a domain on namejet which is a Pre-Release. This was on the 27/10/2016. Anyhow I paid for the name and have been waiting for the registrar login details which I don't seem to be getting. The registrar is listed as register.com in my namejet account. I have opened a support ticket on namejet but it doesn't seem like anyone actually reads them?
Does it usually take this long?
