Does it increase the chances of selling a domain name?

I prefer to keep privacy on, because from my past experience I receive a lot of spam email when domain info are public. I don't feel public info needed because all my domains have landing page with clear forsale form.

If someone wants to make an offer on your domain,they will likely navigate directly to the domain to make an offer using whichever platform you use such as Undeveloped or a contact form. Privacy will not stop them. If anything it weeds out spammers and people who aren't serious.
