It's fairly accepted that when domains having Whois Privacy feature enabled -- prospective buyers can contact the domain registrar who should in-turn express the request for contact on to the owner.
But what about the use of a third party, like: domain-contact.org
While not making any claims in regards to users sending through it, is it itself known to be reputable?
