WIPO cases highlighted here have no bearing on the present matter, lot many domainers have had that.
As others pointed out, your comments here clearly look biased and, as Epik.com Staff, you should avoid getting embroiled in a personal dispute. Just my 2 cents.

That's true I am Epik staff, the opinions which I expressed here are my own. it also true that I am a domainer like you and many other. I already reported this to my manager.

Lots of people especially Indian domainer know me. None have called me a terrorist.

Anyway I still believe I have done lots of good things for my fellow country domainer. That's a reason I get people following me here and there.

I know whatever i am writing here is getting read by lawyers of master. Some of them are top most lawyers in domaining. Master has accumulated team of 15 lawyers against me.
But i want to tell all of them , you can throw me out from domaining .no problem. I will drive auto and fill my stomach but i won't bow down against your wrong practice and money and muscle power.
Pls always remember truth will only triumph and nothing else. If instead of threatening my family,instead of giving me greed of lot of compensation ,instead of Blackmailing me by saying that all those drinks which I drank with master ( when he met me personally in a south asian country ) will be known to my parents that i smoke weed and drink wine ,you are all welcome to do that sir.but you must spend time for presenting yourself in court rather than doing all these bad things.
Before you tell my family i will tell them myself that yes i drink sometimes.

I also want to say to master ,master you have accused me of theft and blackmail and whatsoever. you are at least worth 1 billion usd ,if you think and say that i am a thief ,then why not file a police complaint against me and let police do all investigation. Each and everything will become crystal clear to everyone. If i m wrong i will go to jail and if u r wrong then u will go to jail.

Also master you lied on behalf of one of the leading banks of usa , i have their confirmation in writing that u hv lied , pls don't think master that i cannot do anything from india.
One day i will come to usa and file a case against you in your local court. Not only me that bank will also file a case against you. You did your biggest mistake master by asking your paid goons to threaten my family.

Ate all my commission. I used to sent master all my negotiation emails with diff diff buyers and sellers. This was the mistake i did. I showed him everything.i thought he is so rich ,he will never cheat so i also never bothered abt it. Still i did not say anything. Though i was getting all info. This happened for many domains. I have each and every email for each and every domain .

If you don't have a brokerage agreement in writing (email or paper) or in oral (with 2 witnesses) and you weren't using the broker mode on transactions, you have no case as far as 'expecting brokerage' is concerned. You are just dependent on the mercy of this 'master'. IMO

BTW, who is this master of Sharjil as you put it? Is he a british national recently settled in Dubai or some other UAE national?

Then in Nov i filed case. Suddenly he tried to compensate me for which i denied and then he started using ppl like sharjil to threaten n contact my family.

Then fight that court case separately and wait for an outcome. That's a civil case.

As for Sharjil and his gang contacting and threatening your family members, you can file a separate police FIR against them which would be treated as a criminal case. You already know their names, addresses and contact numbers. Police can't go to Pakistan to investigate but, depending on the sections they use in the FIR, they can help issue Lookout Circulars with immigration who will apprehend them should they ever land in India.

Hope you resolve this issue but as others already said, dont judge someone based on the country or religion they have. You have an issue with a person, not a country or religion, as the people of that country cannot all be the same. With that said, anyone who is bringing someone's family into such issues is crossing the line.

Further more, I would suggest you learn from this experience and never wait a seller to pay you for your commission. There are many escrow options which allow buyer- broker - seller ....see, I put broker in the middle because that is where you should be and should have the protection which such platforms afford you.

I'm not Indian or Pakistan but from my point of view, he is probably really frustrated about his situation ( who wouldn't be if this story is real and you are missing all the commission you have worked for with people coming to your family?) and he is not really judging a whole country just venting and choosing the "worst" words that he can use in this case. No one in Pakistan should take it personally in this case. ( If my family was threatened I wouldn't know what i would do/write)

For ex asking price was 225k. When master contacted them they quoted him 210k and not lesser than it. Whereas after months of negotiation i got them down to 134k. After master came to know abt it ,he immediately contacted them and said you are offering this domain for 134k to someone else and for 210k to me. Master then contacted another broker of same company and after showing him my negotiation mails to seller ,got domain for 135k.

Only two domains changed hands for $135k in last 3-4 years:
1) Snake.com presently owned by Brent Oxley (former hostgator owner) of USA, brokered by BQDN
2) C5.com owned by some Ying Lin of Cambodia, brokered or sold by NameExperts

So, although it's quite obvious already, which one is the 'master' you refer to?

My deepest concern and condolences are there for BaryB. May his issue get solved, early and easily.

However, his situation does not give him any right to use hate speech (yes, unarguably hate speech is what has been written by him in this thread) towards a country or a religion.

By no means one can write and get away with words like " islamic terrorist" "Pakistani terrorist" in a multi community forum. If interfering with family members concern BaryB, then interfering with country and religion is also a concern for others.
