First they tried to bribe my lawyer ,then his master tried to silence me by bribing police and when nothing seems to happen ,on the instructions of his master he is contacting my family members and threatening him. He also says to them that he is a very very big name in domaining industry so whatever he is saying is true.
I always use to thought that bringing family members in between is not good that's why i was silent till yet but he has crossed the line and he has broken rules of domaining.

I was thinking to not write about it here. But these guys have not left any option for me.
I worked hard for someone ,got him 11 million USD offer and one more 21million usd offer from a top company of usa. When offer came,the owner ( who is master of this pig saleem ) told them that i (h me ,Puneet) have no relation with him . He tried to eat all my commission of hard work and 2000 emails

When i asked him why are you doing all this ,he went silent.
Recently i bought a name for him for 22k , my commission was 2k . After the buyer got domain in his account ,i asked him to send my commission. First he kept on saying it's Halloween holiday for a week ,then Thanksgiving holiday for a week , in third week he said that he has a medical emergency,in fourth week he said that he has sent my money.when i told him that i have not got my money ,he says i m lying.
I asked him to send me bank receipt number so that i can confirm from bank but he stopped replying and asked me to file a court case so that investigation can happen n truth comes out.
I confirmed from usa bank ,they said that none of the money has been sent back and he is lying.
When i filed a case against him and domain got locked ,he starts using these kind of cheap tactics.

He kept on saying i am a thief and i have stole money. I have each and every thing in writing and when they comes in court everything will come out clearly.
If i am wrong ,if i have done an iota of cheating or fraud i am ready to go to jail but if i am right then they will go to jail. That's why i took matter to court.
They were thinking that as i m in India and they r in usa i cannot do anything .but when i went to court and domains got locked they have started threatening my family members and they are asking them to pressurize me to drop court case.

if this is the case, you should have presented your case with only these lines, but you are using not acceptable language.
Still it is not sure who is on right side unless there are some solid documented evidence.
I hope you understand, and i hope you will get your issue resolved, but you got to be careful and you should respect about forums T&Cs and you should learn to respect people

I understand abt language and i am sorry for that. But when i came to know that this person is reaching out to my relatives and threatening them i am unable to control myself. He has broken The law. Which right allows him to threaten someone else family members. If u have a problem fight case legally,why threaten family members

U says i cant go around to make physical threats ,then which law allows this person to threaten my family members and talk bad to them. Which law allows him to enquire abt my wife. This is more worse than beating.
And yes i will beat him whenever i sees him either today, tomorrow or after 10 yrs. He can't just go away like that after threatening my family members.
