marketplace SH has issues paying out with PayPal

Lately I'm having trouble withdrawing money from SquadHelp. I withdrew money as usual to my PayPal account and it indicated "processed instantly" which has been the case past 2 months.

I wait but didn't get the money to my PayPal, I tried reaching support but they are not clear all they tell me they will hear from billing team. Its now over 24hours but its the same story they are telling me.

Has anyone experienced same issue?

They didn't give me more information. They'll get back to me as soon as they have an update to share.
