How many people have bad experienced with Rentacoder Arbitration?
I am confident there are many who felt wrong decision has been taken against him/her by Rentacoder arbitrators. This is only because of lack of experience in making decision by them. They have few arbitrators with few areas of expertise (I doubt they're expert, it seems they are from call centers executive and provide answer with pre-written replies). Not to say that no person has been born with all the skills and expertise whatever the jobs has been posted in Rentacoder. But their arbitrators always seems to expert in all the fields. I've seen many complains against them in many forum by searching in Google. They are really nothing but claims experts in all the fields. It's laughable.
I've seen RAC representative replying here in this board hence posted this thread to discuss with other coders or buyers. Since RAC is a such a large marketplace but they don't have any discussion forum. Where every users has right to discuss any thing. The coders or buyers also know if they tell anything against them they'll close their account and either grab all the money or return to the buyers/coders. They know no one can take action against them if wrong decision has been taken by these so call technical arbitrators.
Thinking this I thought its time to open a legal portal through which buyers or coders can take legal action against them. These legal forum fight in the local court and also try to compensate the coder/buyer caused by the Rentacoder. By doing this RAC also get alerted and will do a fair decision.
Please note these will be done after checking the arbitration process and after initial workout. All of you are welcome to provide your inputs, so we can create this portal.
