domain Selling locoforum.com,, what should I expect ?

I'm looking to see www.locoforum.com

it's a forum I've ran for some friends,, it has some good backlinks and I've been running SEO'd script on it... it's had at one time 55k pages indexed.. not sure what its at now.. maybe 3k


I just parked it at sedo last night, this is my first time to park a url and not run a website on it.


anyways, any idea what I should sell it for ? it's a pr4 also
