*I'm the only owner it's ever had.

I havn't done anything with it in awhile. I have many other projects keeping me busy. I just wanted to see what it's worth.

The value comes from PPC and SE potential -- park or develop it to see how well it holds up. As a "pure" play it doesn't have much value, but it might have solid traffic. Check the earnings and post that info so we can evaluate.
