Selling Domain with website questions?

Hey, I would like to sell a domain of mine that has an attached website. It is hosted at godaddy and I am not sure how the transfer of the website and domain would work after the payment is made. I have sold just a domain before without a website and just used godaddy's domain transfer system but I am not sure if that system transfers the hosted space as well, or if that space is just deleted. I would appreciate any help on this. Thank you.

I have never used godaddy hosting but you would normally just backup the files and send them to the person you sold it to and transfer the domain. Then they would restore the files on there hosting server and point the nameservers to there host.

I have never hosted my site on Godaddy's hosting. Do they use cpanel? If yes then you can download all your files using FTP or File manager and send them after zipping it to buyer. He'll then upload the files to his server/hosting account.

Just transfer the domain alongwith hosting to them., You can do it either by giving them the passwords or just pushing the domain to thier registrar and zipping the entire site and database to them
