I Kindly need your Suggestions,steps and guidance on immediate after math of Domain sale.

What are the Immediate step by step procedures to be followed by Seller after a domain has been sold ?

How and what precautions should the seller take in order to avoid issues with buyer after domain sale ?

How to document or make the sale as Legal from sellers point of view so that he doesnt face any fraud or cheating from the buyer? (what proofs, he need to document in case of issues after the sale)?

Well the old cautious comment was to change the whois info before you transfer the name. But that puts you into the 60 day lock problem these days.
