Verizon going after forum owners and forum TM sellers by subpoena

Well...... it looks like since we as an industry have not been able to clean ourselves up that the big companies will start coming by way of subpoena after TM sellers on domain forums....... and the forums themselves.

Verizon.......being right or wrong..... it does not matter b/c they will do it anyhow.

Agree. Notice that they are asking for personally identifiable information of individuals just *viewing* the website!
