Hello everyone,

I need some input from some experienced domainers here...

Say if you were running a domain which might possibly have a domain trademark issue or may raise a domain trademark issue in near future....what are the do's and dont's ?

For an example if I am running adsense.com and would have trademark issues with google in near future what should I avoid on my site and what should I put up ?

Thanks

There is so many senarios and even more ifs, ands or buts when dealing with Domains and TMs. Trust me, read for a while here and almost every question you have will be answered.

Don't:
Try to sell to/contact the "possible" TM owner.
Advertise competing services on the website.
Try to "play dumb" if the sh!t does hit the fan (Just angers all parties, and the eventual trier of fact).

Do:
Establish your own legitimate use for the domain.

Non-exhaustive, but might as well hit the common-sense stuff first.
