discuss Time taken by seller to push domain after receiving payment

After receiving Paypal payment, how much time do sellers on Namepros take to push the domain to the buyer account - a few hours, a day or a week? For how long are buyers expected to wait for the domain name, before filing a chargeback? Has anyone paid a seller on Namepros and not received the domain which was paid for?

It all depends on the seller on how busy they are. When I make a sale I push the domain right after receiving payment but if I have to step away from the computer I let the buyer know that I will push the name when I return.

There was one that said "Broke all records in transfer" on another forum.

This is what NP rules state

6.1.17. Default timeline for sales: transactions must be initiated within 7 days of an offer being accepted. The domain transfer must be completed within a grand total of 14 days from the time the offer was accepted. Alternate timelines are only accepted if both the buyer and seller agree to it before the deal is accepted.

I tend both to pay and push very quickly normally within an hour if I am awake and online and I have to say all names I have bought here have been transferred to me very quickly but there are cases when things are not so smooth.

If you feel something suspicious is happening or the buyer/seller is unresponsive the best thing you can do is to involve the moderators by notifying them or adding them to the PM between you and buyer/seller.

Yes. I've paid for a domain which was never received. I'm not talking about anything recent. But it has happened to me in the past. But I have made many purchases here. So the percentage is very small.
