I’m reaching out to seek advice and assistance regarding a persistent issue I’ve been facing with GoDaddy.

Background:
I’ve been a loyal GoDaddy customer for nearly 20 years and have conducted over $5,000 worth of business with them. Throughout this time, I’ve always been satisfied with their services and have recommended them to others. Unfortunately, an unresolved issue has significantly impacted my experience over the past few months.

Issue Details:
I’m encountering an issue with GoDaddy Good As Gold. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this through GoDaddy’s customer service, the problem remains unresolved.

Steps Taken:
  • I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, providing detailed explanations and screenshots of the error.
  • I escalated the issue to a supervisor, who insisted there was nothing wrong, even after I emailed them the error message screenshots.
Current Status:
The issue remains unresolved, and my patience is wearing thin. I am now considering escalating this matter further but would appreciate any advice or similar experiences from the community.

Request for Help:
Has anyone faced a similar issue with GoDaddy? If so, how did you resolve it? Any tips on escalating the matter within GoDaddy or contacting higher-level support would be greatly appreciated.

This is the error I get when I click on GoDaddy Good As Gold. Despite months of complaining, they are now asking me to wait for 2 months to get the cheque. I urgently needed the cash by now, which is why I tried to withdraw it months ago.

It's quite frustrating that some GoDaddy customer service agents say this is not an error when I send the screenshots 😆

I was only active with domain investment for 2 years. This balance with GoDaddy is from a domain I sold using Afternic's Fast Transfer.

The issue is that I am encountering an error with GoDaddy’s Good As Gold service, and despite months of trying to resolve it through their customer service, the problem remains unresolved. They are now asking me to wait 2 months for the cheque to be sent, whereas I needed the cash months ago. It's quite frustrating that some customer service agents say this is not an error even when I send screenshots.
