Hi everyone,
I’m dealing with a frustrating issue and could really use some advice. GoDaddy recently suspended my account due to a policy violation, claiming that my site is "serving malicious content." This came as a huge surprise to me, as I’ve always operated a clean, compliant site.
After receiving this notice, I verified the site’s security status with Norton’s safety website, which confirmed that the site is completely secure. My business is a store selling general physical products since 2019, and we’ve never had any issues or complaints from customers, hosting providers, payment processors like PayPal and Stripe, or even from Google, where we run active ads.
I contacted GoDaddy support and was instructed to email [email protected] and [email protected], which I did over 10 days ago, but I haven’t received any response. Now I’m stuck without access to my account and can’t transfer my domains.
Has anyone else dealt with something like this? Is there any way to escalate the issue or get in touch with someone who can help release my domains? I just need to transfer them to another registrar, but without access, I’m at a loss for what to do next.
