Sedo traffic to determine value of a domain

vistageeks.com got 94 unique views in Jan and 4 clicks. Not a lot, but this is a parked domain that I haven't done anything with.

There are domains being sold with have bids... where traffic is even lower than that. Some are better sounding domains and some are less good.

Does the sedo traffic somehow indicate / influence the value of a domain or do people just consider the name?

Traffic stats are only a small fraction within most apraisal models.
Important in any case would be where this traffic comes from ?

if you buy domain names be careful, some people try to raise the traffic of their domains in sale with auto-surf programs, which is worthless, because there is no real traffic and the traffic will drop soon after you buy it.
one trick to know if there is auto-surf is,to check if there is any alexa traffic graphs(for this you can use alexa toolbar) for this domain, check if the traffic is continuous over the 4-6 months prior to selling.

Also don't forget that people selling at sedo don't have to park their names there too so you may see no traffic at all and the domain could receive 1000s hits per day
