Sedo, Outbound sales or both?

Have experienced domain sellers on here found success with outbound emails? It can be time consuming but what are your biggest tips?

Would you also recommend listing domains on sedo whilst at the same time doing outbound?

Sedo doesn't allow domains to be listed above 10000 without their appraisal. Would you guys say it is better to pay them for an appraisal as this would increase chances of sale and at the higher price? Assuming it is a good domain of course.

Or can make offer domains still sell quickly and at higher prices than 10000?

Do you have domains worth more than 10K ? If the answer is yes, then you should already be receiving inbound offers.
