discuss Outbound Email with the actual domain as the email address?

I am thinking of doing outbound domain sale by using the actual domain as the email address. Lets assume the domain is outbounddomainsale.com.

So I was thinking of contacting the potential client using [email protected]. I was wondering whether some of you have tried it at all and if you had any experiences or tips you could share share? My thinking is that this is certainly a lot more effective if the potential client is targeted right?

I have heard that it is a good tactic, also it does seem to be very solid in that it (mailing from domain name for sale) adds a level of legitimacy and implied effort/domain establishment.

Isn't that a PITA to setup for many domains?

can be, but I feel like it probably would be worthwhile if used for the correct domains/sites
