.tv Sedo LOL! What is going on!

The only time I have ever had a hard time getting bidders to pay at sedo was from potential .TV buyers. What a flaky bunch! :hehe:

I put ARE.tv up for sale over a MONTH ago. I just got notification that the bidder was a DEADBEAT LOL! Do you know what the final sales price was @ SEDO a whole whopping $90 LOL! I can't believe that somone was so damn pathetic and cheap that they did not even pay a mere $90 for a one word LLL.TV with "RE" in it pfff what is the world coming to. :td: The only other name that I never received payment from sedo, was for hydroplane.tv.

Its funny I could have been actively marketing this name. Its very iritating because the name is a $300 premium, which technically costs $0.82 per day, since they kept me waiting without any type of notification whatsoever for over 32 days, they now owe me $26.30. I will be sending the bill to my rep and I cant wait to see his reaction.

On the other hand I was going to take a loss on the sale, so maybe it turned out for the best. I am going to contact the enom rep and see about renewing for a discount.

there were actually 3 bidders, I thought $90 was a steal!

If I cant sell it, I am just going to renew it with a discount now that I finally got a hold of that guy from enom after a month of trying!

I actually think its a blessing in disguise that the sale fell through DA. Renewing and then revisiting the sale process mid this year would be the way to go IMO and hopefully achieve the price that the name deserves.

I just got a letter from him 2 days ago about the discount saying for me to contact him so he can help me out... so we will see what happens. Worst case scenario I let it drop to re-register with the discount.

.TV is not being managed very well for end-users ... they should cut their premiums ... but then again why would they stop behaving like a greedy landlord ... $90.00 may be super expensive if they raise premiums in the future.

Interesting. Let us know if they actually offer a renewal discount because I feel that'll make a big difference.

i was also contacted but i he told me premium renewals dont have any discount for now
