Anyone paid to be listed in the "Featured List" before? Did you have any/better luck with offers?

This interest me to.

I was only looking today in the top domain list wondering how you can get on there and found this

"copied from sedo site"

Consider ordering a Showcase entry: In addition to the benefit of being featured in prominent positions even on Sedo’s Front Page, all domains entered into the Showcase are automatically forwarded to our Editorial Committee for Top Domain consideration.

so guess if you pay you may have more chance in getting in the top domain listings too

I paid to get on the featured list last year. Unfortunately, the name doesn't stay for very long on the "front page", where you get the most exposure. I got a little extra traffic and that was that! However, one of my other names, that I didn't pay to 'feature' was recently picked for the top domain list, a one-word .biz name.

Did they contact you in any way to let you know you were on the top domains list or did you just see by looking?

Too bad then. I was hoping that could give me a little advantage seeing that domain sellers are overcrowding the buyers 100,000 to 1 :)
