Where can I find domain history at sav? Or maybe their auction history? I'm missing one domain, in my mailbox the last trace is renewal receipt from sav from June 2022, now the domain is in someone else's account at spaceship with registration date unchanged. I have no other e-mails like "Action Required: Please Renew Domain", as typical for the domains I actually dropped. This one disappeared without a trace. Now I'm forced to go through all my domains that were ever at sav, smh...

I don't know if it this will show you the history, but there's a filter icon in the Domain Manager,try playing with that. (i use legacy).

Thanks, that's exactly what I wanted! Amazingly, the domain is not visible on any of the lists, including Expired, Deleted, Transferred etc.

Amazingly through all the tech issues, new regs at Sav haven't stopped growing. People put up with a lot to save a few cents it appears.

Visiting help.sav.com takes me to their Zendesk login page.

Lower right hand corner chat with CS button is the only way to reach them now. @Nick R left this thread long ago

Help and support pages still not working after months but they still had time to roll out a new domain manager. What is going on at Sav?

so on old ui took me 2 secs to click buynow price to finalize a lead sale..now bin setup totally gone from old ui

and more bad news cause on new ui u need whole kyc just to list bin price

sure some may need kyc for something..payout or such.. but to setup a.bin sale lol

this is ridiculous

anyway for now lll move all salss to sedo lander for twice or thrice the sav fee... til I move most stuff to dyna.. and maybe spaceship

Yes and no. IIRC They just bought it to fast-track the ICANN accreditation and immediately rebranded.

Still using the old interface. Yesterday, I tried to renew a domain and it's still not renewed so I decided to try the 'new domain manager' (haven't checked on it for quite a while).

After the 'request taking longer than usual' (had to wait around 5 mins), I got to the new interface only to find that the domain indeed hadn't been renewed but it seems the new UI won't even show the renewal submission.

To anyone that hasn't used the old UI,
*any* action that happened on a domain was shown on the domain's page, including renewal submissions, lock/unlocks, etc. (see screenshot)

Is there some way to see those actions on the new domain's UI? I checked the domain 'history' page but it's empty.
I hope they haven't decided to remove that extremely useful feature.

Tried to buy a name via Sav tonight. Couldn't get the name to go through. Sav told me to wait a few hours or try again tomorrow. Instead, I bought the name at PorkBun seconds later. A company with working tech.

Sav's 2.6 rating on TrustPilot is too high.

sav was always bug full
some things sont change

they had top prices long time.. now ita just avg. I dont think they very profitable. but who knows maybe owners are loaded.

its still ok to renew io co com there.. which is all I do.. no more io co regs hhere.. just renew like 30 io and 10 co.. for com I do now unstoppable 5us promo transfer.. 2k max.. I'm maybe halfway now.. that's roughly me.. like 500 names.. handful old high end xyz and info and thata all.. almost no sales and offer.. somaining kinda dead now. for many

now the fun part.. renewed 4co 2day back.. 3 ok 1 fail. no reason.. worked next day

so yea random bugs.. weird
