not happy
posted 2 3lco names on auction as I wont renew

same moron got both but his card failed

50 and 15 us

now stuck with 2 names I wont keep and under 60 days so cant relist em. asked em to list manually to make it fair but they wont

I'm done with sav

Thank God, Just saw the legacy domain manager link.

Funny that despite everything seemingly broken. The autorenewal is super smooth as their system autorenews a month before expiry date without consent. So you cannot transfer away in the last month. Just awesome.

I agree, the new domain manager is broken, don't use it. Stick with the legacy domain manager.
Sav shouldn't release a beta product into the production environment. The new domain manager seems like a beta version with many bugs and broken functionality.
As a side note, the legacy domain manager works for me and I had no problem with their support so far.

I got an email from Sav support about an inquiry on a name reg with them. I tried to list the domain for sale in my sav account, but I can't get anything to work. Their chat support is not even online, just a blank screen that never loads. :banghead:

Sav has been really buggy recently, hope they can fix them soon.

Transfers out require approval from their chat support nowadays (due to bugs).

It's really a clown show over there.

why can't transfer out of SAV?? Always invalid, even though it's unlocked.

By any chance copying with the | at the end? If yes, copy the code without that symbol and check.

If you're like me and are unable to login via v2.sav.com or marketing.sav.com, www.sav.com/users/login gets you to the "legacy" login page, where you most likely will be able to log in.

The error message I usually receive when I'm unable to log in via the v2 or marketing site front end is "Password Sanitization Failed." 🤷🏽‍♂️

I have never been able to successfully log in via marketing.sav.com nor v2.sav.com. I have chatted with SAV Support regarding this issue on multiple occasions, including uploading screen recordings and screenshots. I have tried from different locations, changed my password (at the recommendation of SAV Support), tried different browsers and differend operating systems.

As long as the legacy site is available, I'll be able to manage the domains I have at SAV. I have started transferring my domains away from SAV, mainly for fear of not being able to access the legacy site should they decide to shelve it.

I have enjoyed using SAV for a while, but managing domains there is starting to become Stressful AF, to say the least.

Glitch, slow, invalid 2fa token, error 503.. So many error and bug.. I’m starting to wonder, can we even trust this registrar anymore?

Just now you're starting to wonder? Have you been asleep for the past few mos? Everything is broken over there. At least their chat CS is responsive now. So I can at least speak to someone every time I find a bug, which is a lot

Haha.. No.. I just hadn’t touched the DNS for that name since it was listed as atom prem. i read your comment about tf out, do we still need CS to approve that?

For my last 4 transfers, I did. Last try was when I posted that, so who can say what's happening over there now

I unlocked 4 domains about 18 hours ago. They show as "unlocked" in my Sav account, but so far only 1 has actually unlocked.

I have domains in transfer out status from Sav. When I click the "approve transfer" button in my Sav control panel, I get this message "The internal status of this domain does not allow the Transfer Lock to be updated."

That's what i ask namegroove before, still need to chat support. Maybe to make it difficult so people don’t leave.?

Where can I find domain history at sav? Or maybe their auction history? I'm missing one domain, in my mailbox the last trace is renewal receipt from sav from June 2022, now the domain is in someone else's account at spaceship with registration date unchanged. I have no other e-mails like "Action Required: Please Renew Domain", as typical for the domains I actually dropped. This one disappeared without a trace. Now I'm forced to go through all my domains that were ever at sav, smh...
