ICANN has nothing to do with auctions. Many investors are running away from SAV recently because it become super toxic.

@Connect3506 - read upthread... Sav has been having a tough go of it lately. It wouldn't shock me if this company goes the way of Epik.

As for getting paid, have you tried contacting their X CS (@usesavhelp)? They are responsive and may assist getting your open ticket resolved (assuming you have an open ticket).

The geniuses at Sav can't figure out how to block Celia Jones... hiding behind ICANN rules

They do however hire a company to stop spammers from owning names on their platform and shut down accts in total when they think that is occurring. Taking the same aggressive action towards an obvious spammer who doesn't own a name on Sav though apparently is out of bounds.

One could respond "search the forum" or "search Google" to almost every question posted on NamePros. The reality is the forum is very large and there are 101 pages just on this Sav thread alone. Some people have answers at their fingertips and could save a poster a lot of time by doing them a favor and re-answering a question that has been answered 47 pages ago. Same goes for Google.

I'm 100% sure if I scrolled through your posts, I'd find a question you posed that could've been answered by you personally searching and re-reading the forum or searching Google. If you're not inclined to answer someone when you know the answer exists, that is your prerogative. But there is no need to be antagonistic.

Sav suspended me for "previously unpaid orders" a couple weeks ago, however I haven't not paid for anything. I have the same working credit card on file with them that I've had for years, and I'm even still able to bid on and pay for auctions. I just am blocked from placing backorders.

I suspect that I was suspended due to some glitch arising from the implementation of their new design, but that's just a guess on my part due to the timing lining up.

I contacted chat support about this nine days ago and was told it would be passed on to a "Subject Matter Expert" and dealt with promptly but have heard nothing since.

Got a few pending transfer request from Sedo for sold domains.... Perfect timing....

hmmm. so happens I unlocked few names individually a day ago. no issues.

then I realized many locked so I did bulk unlock

worked fine for all

immediately

just ensure u uncheck expired names on any pages

Having the same trouble. Unable to unlock domains at Sav currently (in automated fashion).

Add this to the list of troubles at Sav.

I was able to use the chat feature and the rep was able to manually approve the transfer however. So at least they can do it manually.

How to get in touch with SAV Advanced support Team? We have been waiting for a ticket to be resolved.

I transfered out 2 days ago out of sav and it worked. Sav is solid but some domains my buyers want elsewhere processed transfer-out within 45 minutes.
